Great things do come in small packages, as confirmed by this cozy wine bar, cafe and bakery located in downtown Kingsport. Exposed brick and burgundy walls give a decidedly grown-up feel to the intimate space. A temperature-controlled wine dispensing  system allows you to select from 16 different wines by the glass, dispensed in your choice of sizes - a taste, a half-serving, or a full-serving - using a smart-card. Other wines from around the globe are available by the glass or bottle for novices and connoisseurs alike. Premium whiskeys and high gravity beers are also available.

House-made pickles and beef jerkey, along with an array of pressed sandwiches, salads, cheeses, and charcuterie, are offered for lunch and dinner. Desserts are prepared fresh daily by the talented pastry chefs in the kitchen of PROOF PATISSERIE, the in-house bakery at FERMENTED.
